Siloé School

Siloé School was born in 2014 in Bangui, Central African Republic (CAR), to meet the education needs of the most vulnerable. Between 2014 and 2018, the School was based in Boy-Rabe, one of the most popular areas in the capital, Bangui.

One of Siloé’s principles is enabling families with less resources to enroll their children thanks to the reduction of school fees. In comparison with private schools in Bangui offering the most affordable fees, Siloé’s costs are cheaper and less binding (see the 2014 comparative table below).

Siloé is thus more flexible with families who cannot pay for the fees as it allows their children to complete the school year despite everything in order to not disturb their schooling. Families or those legally taking care of orphans do not pay for the fees if they make the request and following verification.

“Siloé” in French comes from the word “Siloam”, which means “Sent” as indicated in the Bible in John 9:7. Students from Siloé are sent by GOD for their training and will be sent by GOD for their contribution to the Work of GOD on this Earth, including with respect to peace, stability, security and prosperity in their nations and all around the world.

Today, due to circumstances beyond our control, the functioning of Siloé School has been temporarily suspended. Siloé’s students have been enrolled in other schools, some with the financial support of P.A.S. HOPFAN. Once we inaugurate the new buildings of Siloé School, with the Grace of our Lord YAHWEH, we will let you know through this website.
