P.A.S. HOPFAN is represented in the Central African Republic (CAR) and other countries by local and international offices, which are led by local or international committees that report to the organization’s Executive Board based in Bangui, CAR.

The organization was officially launched in Bangui in January 2013, when it was formally authorized to operate in CAR.

The Executive Board plans to open local committees in each of the CAR prefectures and international offices in other countries, in the medium term.
