In October 2010, a group of Christians, GOD’s children led by the Holy Spirit, agreed to create a Christian, nonprofit nongovernmental organization in the service of GOD and mankind, named “Pray-Act-Serve, House Of Prayer For All Nations” (P.A.S. HOPFAN).

Before October 2010, the group had implemented a few activities in Bangui, capital of the Central African Republic (CAR). On January 2, 2013,  the authorities of CAR, where the organization is based, granted to P.A.S. HOPFAN the official authorization to operate in the country.

All decisions  by the organization are made after its members have called upon the Name of GOD, as the Head of the Church, and have received GOD’s approval for these decisions.
