Beloved in the LORD JESUS CHRIST, today I feel compelled to share with you a Message that an Angel of the LORD gave me for the Church—specifically this church, the House of Prayer for All Nations (HOPFAN) in Boy-Rabe, Bangui (Central African Republic). This Angel spoke to me about tithes and offerings and showed me a list with the names of all the people in this church who do not give their tithes to our LORD despite all the Blessings they receive from Him.
Then I saw a tunnel into which several people were entering, but I did not see them come out.
Then the Angel showed me a man who was in what looked like a prison with other people. This man was complaining because he said he gave his tithes and didn’t understand why he was in this enclosed place with a barrier. So the Angel showed him his hand and pressed a button in the palm of his hand. Immediately afterward, his palm became like a phone screen where a video was playing. We saw the Pastor of the church this man attended. This Pastor was supposed to travel to attend a conference but was facing a problem: buying his plane ticket. He had spoken to his church members about it right up until the day he was scheduled to leave. In the vision, the man who had been complaining took the money from his tithe, went to buy a plane ticket, and gave it to his Pastor. The Pastor took the ticket, thanked GOD, asked the man to kneel, and blessed him. The Angel said to the man, “Did you hear the Pastor mention tithing in his prayer? You gave him that ticket as if you were the one making a donation to him.” The second question the Angel asked the man was this: “Are you the one who is now supposed to manage GOD’s money?” The man remained silent. Then the Angel said to him, “That is the reason you are here.”
As for me, I expected the people who were in the tunnel to come out on the other side, but I couldn’t see them. I wanted to ask the Angel what was happening inside. Automatically after that, the Angel and I went up because I could see several floors, and on each floor, I saw a fence. But there was an atmosphere of Fear in that place. It was not a place of Peace. So, we went up, and a woman approached the Angel. She said to him, “Sir, I don’t work. I don’t have a business. I don’t do anything. I live by Faith alone. But why are you throwing me into this place?” Immediately after that, the Angel reached out his hand, lifted it up, and then an image appeared. The Angel said to the woman, “GOD has many ways of providing for His children. He can provide for you through people whom He has moved to give you something. He can provide for you through the work of your hands. He can provide for you through other means that He deems best for you. Have you seen the total amount that GOD has given you this month? ” We saw that the amount in question was very high. Then the Angel went over the problems she had solved and came to the list where she was supposed to pay her tithe, but we saw that she hadn’t given anything. So, the Angel said to her, “That’s why you’re here.”
I felt a great fear…
I also saw an enclosure filled entirely with games—the kind where you can win money easily. Everyone who was playing those games was gathered there. They were all heading toward the tunnel. One of them said to the Angel, “We don’t do anything wrong!” The Angel replied, “You’ll find out if there’s no evil in it.”
There was also a man who was supposed to go to a prayer vigil. He went to buy bread, coffee, and everything else needed for the vigil, and he brought it all to the vigil site. He approached the Angel and complained. The Angel said to him, “You and those on the first level—you’re all in the same boat.”
I was very afraid. When I tried to pull myself together, I automatically looked at the time. It was 57 past midnight. I fell to my knees and began to ask GOD for forgiveness for those on the list the Angel had shown me. For the Angel had asked me this question: “Why don’t they pay their tithes?” There were so many of them, and the amount unpaid was very high!
Please know that what I have just told you is a Message from GOD; it is a Commission from Him. If this Message were intended only for us here in this church, I would not have shared it with others outside this church. For among the people I saw were Africans, Black people, White people—so many people! There were many people entering the tunnel, and this was not a good sign.

Since we’re still alive, I hope we don’t get into trouble with GOD. After hearing this Message, I was afraid. I realized that GOD watches over what He gives us! He watches over it very closely!
And I realized that failing to tithe to GOD is a tactic the flesh uses to push us toward Hell. After that, I received teachings from GOD. I asked GOD for forgiveness because I wondered if it was my fault for not explaining the tithe properly or for not preaching about it. I assure you that it had kept me awake at night.
Now, I invite you to turn with me to the Scriptures. Let’s look at Genesis 14:20: “and blessed be El ‘Elyon [God Most High], who handed your enemies over to you.’ Avram [Abram] gave him a tenth of everything”.
What happened around this Passage? King K’dorla‘omer [Kedorlaomer], who was the king of ‘Elam, had faced a rebellion by five kings who had risen up against him because they no longer wanted to pay the tax he had imposed on them. So King Kedorlaomer and the other kings who were with him set out to wage war and defeat the Refa’im [Rephaites], Zuzim [Zuzites], Eimim [Emites], and Hori [Horites], the ‘Amaleki [Amalekites] and the Emori [Amorites] (Genesis 14:5-7). After that, five kings—the kings of S’dom [Sodom], ‘Amora [Gomorrah], Admah, Tzvoyim [ Zeboyim], and Bela—lined up in battle against King Kedorlaomer and the three other kings who were with him (Tid‘al, Amrafel, and Aryokh [Arioch]). But King Kedorlaomer and his allies emerged victorious and captured Sodom and Gomorrah. One of the fugitives went to tell Abraham that the victors had taken Lot, Abraham’s nephew, along with all his possessions. So Abraham took 318 of his servants to go and rescue Lot. Abraham and his servants were not warriors. The rest of Genesis 14 states that Abraham divided his forces to attack the kings. Abraham and his servants emerged victorious.
Kedorlaomer and the kings who were with him represented four nations! How could Abraham and his servants possibly defeat them? It wasn’t possible! Civilians who had never been trained, fighting against entire nations and experienced armies—and coming out victorious? Impossible! But with GOD, it is possible…

After returning from that battle, Abraham met Malki-Tzedek [Melchizedek], Priest of the Living GOD, who had come out to meet him (Genesis 14:17–18). Melchizedek said to him, “blessed be El ‘Elyon, who handed your enemies over to you” (Genesis 14:20). He revealed to Abraham that this victory did not come from him, Abraham, but from GOD, who had fought on his behalf and given him the victory. So, Abraham gave a tithe of everything he had to Melchizedek.
Anyone who does not have faith, who is not a child of Abraham, who is not saved in CHRIST, who will not go to Heaven—that person cannot tithe! For, if you understand correctly, tithing is an acknowledgment of GOD’s intervention in our lives…
Abraham gave a tithe to Melchizedek, and Melchizedek did not refuse to accept it.
Let’s read Hebrews 7:1–3:
1 This Malki-Tzedek, king of Shalem [Salem], a cohen [priest] of God Ha‘Elyon, met Avraham [Abraham] on his way back from the slaughter of the kings and blessed him; 2 also Avraham gave him a tenth of everything. Now first of all, by translation of his name, he is “king of righteousness”; and then he is also king of Shalem, which means “king of peace.” 3 There is no record of his father, mother, ancestry, birth or death; rather, like the Son of God, he continues as a cohen for all time.
Melchizedek is an eternal Priest! It was he who went out to meet Abraham. The Bible declares that he is the King of Peace and of Righteousness! Thus, GOD told Abraham that He is the One who exercises Righteousness over the whole Earth and the Prince of Peace. It was He, GOD, who went out to meet Abraham… He went there as a man of flesh and blood.
Does a mere king need to receive tithes? No. But as GOD, Melchizedek acted out of Love, for the sake of Justice, and to have the opportunity to bless Abraham.
Know, then, that those who are not children of Abraham will not enter the bosom of Abraham… JESUS CHRIST revealed Paradise as the bosom of Abraham. Remember Luke 16:19-31 with the story of El‘azar [Lazarus] and the rich man. In this passage, we learn that Lazarus was in Abraham’s bosom. Abraham’s bosom represented Paradise! Because Abraham is the Father of Faith, the Ark entered his home!
In Kinshasa (Democratic Republic of the Congo), there is a street named “Jean-Bedel Bokassa” (former Emperor of Central Africa), but Jean-Bedel Bokassa is dead. Similarly, if you see a street here named “Idriss Déby” (former President of Chad), does that mean Idriss Déby is alive? No, he is already dead. The street was named after him.
Likewise, JESUS CHRIST called Paradise “Abraham’s bosom”…
Let’s read Genesis 28:10-22:
10 Ya‘akov [Jacob] went out from Be’er-Sheva [Beersheba] and traveled toward Haran. 11 He came to a certain place and stayed the night there, because the sun had set. He took a stone from the place, put it under his head and lay down there to sleep. 12 He dreamt that there before him was a ladder resting on the ground with its top reaching to heaven, and the angels of Adonai were going up and down on it. 13 Then suddenly Adonai was standing there next to him; and he said, “I am Adonai, the God of Avraham your [grand]father and the God of Yitz’chak [Isaac]. The land on which you are lying I will give to you and to your descendants. 14 Your descendants will be as numerous as the grains of dust on the earth. You will expand to the west and to the east, to the north and to the south. By you and your descendants all the families of the earth will be blessed. 15 Look, I am with you. I will guard you wherever you go, and I will bring you back into this land, because I won’t leave you until I have done what I have promised you.” 16 Ya‘akov awoke from his sleep and said, “Truly, Adonai is in this place — and I didn’t know it!” 17 Then he became afraid and said, “This place is fearsome! This has to be the house of God! This is the gate of heaven!” 18 Ya‘akov got up early in the morning, took the stone he had put under his head, set it up as a standing-stone, poured olive oil on its top 19 and named the place Beit-El [house of God]; but the town had originally been called Luz. 20 Ya‘akov took this vow: “If God will be with me and will guard me on this road that I am traveling, giving me bread to eat and clothes to wear, 21 so that I return to my father’s house in peace, then Adonai will be my God; 22 and this stone, which I have set up as a standing-stone, will be God’s house; and of everything you give me, I will faithfully return one-tenth to you.”

Tithing provides a guarantee for your children. For, if you think about it carefully, Jacob said, “I will give you”, which means he hadn’t given yet because he didn’t have anything at that time. In his mind, he intended to give his tithe. But where had he seen this done? His father had done it, just as Abraham, his father’s father, had done. It was GOD Himself who came and revealed this to Jacob in a place of distress. Indeed, Jacob was fleeing from Esau, who wanted to kill him. You know, Esau was a hunter, and the path Jacob had taken led through the wilderness! Esau could appear at any moment, and Jacob was terrified. Jacob was fleeing on foot and knew that if Esau appeared, it would be the end of him, for Esau was extremely angry and had decided to put an end to Jacob’s life.
Today, GOD’s Blessing means nothing to you. If we put money here and GOD’s Blessing next to it, you will choose the money. Likewise, if we put a fishing net here and a fish next to it, most people will choose the fish. Yet the net can catch thousands of fish…
Have you ever vowed to kill someone because of something you love very much? That was the case with Esau, who truly understood the value of what is called “the birthright”… But the only solution he could come up with was to kill Jacob.
While Jacob was sleeping, he had the dream described in the passage we just read. GOD told Jacob that He would give him and his descendants the land where he was lying. It was a possession. GOD wants you to possess something. After hearing what GOD had said to him, Jacob realized that by fleeing—because he was being pursued—he had ended up lying down right where GOD dwells!
You, on the other hand, are being pursued today by the Evil One, by the enemy, by sickness—yet you choose to take refuge under Satan’s hand!

The Bible says that Jacob was afraid! It was the Fear of GOD!
What did Jacob do next? Because GOD had made a Promise to him, he, too, made a promise to GOD. We saw in verse 20 that Jacob made a vow… And look at what he said to GOD compared to what GOD had said to him: GOD said to him, “I am with you. I will guard you wherever you go”. But Jacob limited GOD by saying, “If God will be with me and will guard me on this road that I am traveling…” GOD said “wherever you go,” not just “on this road”! GOD even told him that He would fulfill everything He had told him! And before that, GOD had told him, “By you and your descendants all the families of the earth will be blessed”. Jacob hadn’t realized everything that this implied. This Blessing applied not only to him but also to his descendants and the descendants of his descendants…
Likewise, you, too, today have a limited view of yourself. And you’re traumatized by the small images you see in your head. But GOD’s thoughts and vision for you are much greater than you realize!
Jacob also spoke of the bread to eat and the clothes to wear that GOD would give him. Who today believes that GOD can give them everything they need to live?
You say that GOD is your Father, but do you know GOD? How many times have you read the Bible? Take a hard look at yourself; examine your actions! Do your actions resemble what Abraham did?
Let’s read Galatians 3:6–7:
6 It was the same with Avraham: “He trusted in God and was faithful to him, and that was credited to his account as righteousness.” 7 Be assured, then, that it is those who live by trusting and being faithful who are really children of Avraham.
It is Faith that drives you to give your tithe… And through the experience I had on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, I felt the Fear of GOD even more deeply. In the vision I had, there was this man speaking to the Angel, saying, “Help us! ” I understood that he wanted to plead with GOD. The Angel didn’t argue. He simply opened the palm of his hand, and when he pressed it—in front of all of us who were watching the scene—the date of this man’s conversion appeared on the screen in his hand. Everything GOD had given this man appeared on the screen, along with everything this man had done. When they saw a question mark next to the tithe, I saw them discussing it, and the man tapped the question mark, and we began to watch a video. We saw that with his tithe money, he had bought a villa, which he gave to the pastor. In your opinion, is that wrong? Listen to the Angel’s response, who said to him, “Is it now up to you to take GOD’s money and do whatever you want with it?” The man had no answer… When this man bought the ticket for his pastor, he didn’t say to him, “I used my tithe money to buy you this ticket.” No, on the contrary, he gave him that ticket as a gift! The Bible says: “Bring the whole tenth into the storehouse” (Malachi 3:10). GOD did not tell this man to take his tithe to go buy a ticket. GOD said that Abraham gave his tithe to Melchizedek. But in your case, what will GOD say about you? When you give your tithe to someone, do you simply slip the money into their hand as if you were just saying hello?
I told you at the beginning that GOD gave me all the lists of those in this church! He said to me, “Here are the lists of those who pray at your church and who do not pay their tithes.” Why do you refuse to pay your tithes? Are you greater than Abraham? Or greater than Isaac? For example, there’s someone who used their tithe money to pay for a wake… Is it up to you to manage GOD’s money?
I assure you, what I saw on Tuesday kept me awake all night! Are we greater than GOD? No! The Angel said that GOD has His own way of giving to people. He does it in different ways! You get a job—it’s GOD who gave it to you. You receive your salary, but you don’t give your tithe to GOD…

Let’s read Leviticus 27:30 and 32:
30 “‘All the tenth given from the land, whether from planted seed or fruit from trees, belongs to Adonai; it is holy to Adonai. (…) 32 “‘All the tenth from the herd or the flock, whatever passes under the shepherd’s crook, the tenth one will be holy to Adonai.
Who are you? Nebuchadnezzar, a pagan king, took the objects consecrated to the GOD of Israel, our GOD, and placed them in the treasury of his god (Daniel 1:2). Later, his son, King Belshazzar, had the gold and silver vessels that Nebuchadnezzar had taken from the House of GOD in Jerusalem brought to him, so that he could use them to drink wine with his men, his wives, and his concubines and to praise their gods (Daniel 5:1–4). What happened? At one point, King Belshazzar saw the fingers of a hand writing on the wall of his palace (Daniel 5:5). It was the Hand of GOD intervening in this way because the things consecrated to the GOD of Israel were being used to praise false gods!
Jacob said to GOD: “and of everything you give me, I will faithfully return one-tenth to you” (Genesis 28:22).
After my conversation with this Angel, I realized that no one will have any excuses before GOD. Last week, I spoke about the Firstfruits here. Many of those who were present fled, thinking they are wise…
The Angel showed me the amount that the members of this church here should have given as Firstfruits, which totals CFA francs 823,000. If you step outside this church, you will see the needs for maintaining this House of the LORD. None of this amount should be spent on anything other than the House of the LORD. Not even CFA francs 100! This money could have been used to buy new sheet metal and wood to replace what is damaged. We also have plans to build another House of the LORD in Ndélé (about 647 kilometers from the capital, Bangui). Do you think GOD is Unjust?! No! If we belong to GOD, we must obey Him.
Remember the widow’s offering in Mark 12:41–44. JESUS CHRIST watched everything people were giving in the temple where He was teaching. That is how He saw this widow who gave “two small coins”, and He said that she had “put in all she had to live on” …
Let’s read Malachi 1:12–14:
12 “But you profane it by saying that the table of Adonai is polluted, so that the fruit and food offered deserve contempt. 13 You also say, ‘It’s all so tiresome!’ and sniff scornfully at it,” says Adonai-Tzva’ot. “Then you bring animals that were taken by violence, or they are lame or sick. This is the sort of offering you bring. Am I supposed to accept this from you?” asks Adonai. 14 “Moreover, cursed is the deceiver who has a male animal in his flock that is damaged, but vows and sacrifices to Adonai anyway. For I am a great king,” says Adonai-Tzva’ot, “and my name is respected among the nations.
There are people who act as if they’re in dire straits just so others will help them. One day, I gave some clothes to a Brother who was in need. But he got angry because he wanted money instead. So, he gave those clothes to someone else. I heard about it and asked him why he had acted that way. He told me it was because the clothes weren’t new. So why did he want new clothes? Because of the way people would look at him…
GOD said, “cursed is the deceiver…”

Malachi 3:7–12 states:
7 Since the days of your forefathers you have turned from my laws and have not kept them. Return to me, and I will return to you,” says Adonai-Tzva’ot. “But you ask, ‘In respect to what are we supposed to return?’ 8 Can a person rob God? Yet you rob me. But you ask, ‘How have we robbed you?’ In tenths and voluntary contributions. 9 A curse is on you, on your whole nation, because you rob me. 10 Bring the whole tenth into the storehouse, so that there will be food in my house, and put me to the test,” says Adonai-Tzva’ot. “See if I won’t open for you the floodgates of heaven and pour out for you a blessing far beyond your needs. 11 For your sakes I will forbid the devourer to destroy the yield from your soil; and your vine will not lose its fruit before harvest-time,” says Adonai-Tzva’ot. 12 “All nations will call you happy, for you will be a land of delights,” says Adonai-Tzva’ot.
Today, if we give our tithe to the LORD, our country will be a land of abundance.
One day, ENERCA (the CAR national energy company) almost cut off the electricity here. I was informed of this, so I asked if they had already cut off the electricity, and I was told no. Immediately, we rushed to resolve this problem and avoid trouble. We worked hard and were able to raise about FCFA 50,000 from several people of good will.
Brothers and Sisters, the LORD looks upon our faith in Him. Romans 3:12 states: “there is no one who shows kindness, not a single one!” …
This is the message that GOD has given me to convey to you, regarding the Firstfruits and the Tithe, through this Angel I saw.
After showing me the list of all the members of this church and what each one owed to the LORD, I saw a whole crowd of people waiting in line to enter a tunnel. One man complained to the Angel, saying he didn’t understand why he was there when he had paid his tithe. At that moment, the Angel held out his hand, which became like a screen, and the whole truth about this man and his tithe flashed across the screen, just as I explained earlier.
All of this is to emphasize that we must all give an account to GOD for what we have done with the Blessings He has given us… Have faith in GOD, who can do anything for you.
After hearing this message, what do you say? I urge you to ask GOD for forgiveness for not having been faithful to Him in your tithes and firstfruits.
Receive this Word in the Name of JESUS CHRIST.
